What section? I missed that. Have we defined marriage as between a man and a woman? Because last time I started a thread in favor of this is completely disappeared.

Article One, Bill of Rights, under "Marriage".

Hawai'i voters adopted a Constitutional amendment in 1998 giving the Legislature the power to reserve marriage to opposite-sex couples.
